Here is a body weight workout you can try that I did today.
pushups 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10
atomic crunches 4 sets of 25
side planks 45 sec -1:30
pushups 10sets of 10
Do the a set of pushups then immediately do crunches then back to pushups once you have done the crunches sets go to planks for a couple sets then to side planks you should end at the 10 pushups.
Then go straight to pullups and knock them out with 45sec-1 min rest between each set. Last thing do 10sets of 10 pushups and then stretch. Its a great quick workout that will give you the stamina and strength needed to do many pushups especially for your Army PT test or what ever test you have for your self. Make sure to focus on your form in pushups and all the way up and down on your pullups. Don't cheat your self. Get strong!

Today I went for a Long Slow Distance run and completed 10.56 miles in 1:30 min. I didn't get the chance to do the marathon I wanted to do last month due to some work issues having to work on Saturday for EIB training for my guys. But I'm going to do one the 20th of this month finally. I am pretty excited about this I ran my first Half Marathon in August completing the North Face Endurance Challenge Half Marathon. It was brutal, but I finished it without walking . It will be freezing here in Kansas when I attempt this full Marathon in a couple weeks but I wont let that stop me. I'm not planning on a super fast pace but just to finish it. I'm not a fast runner by any means but want to work my way up to being fast in simple 5K's and 10K's and moderate at a half marathon. I'm focused on reaching a 100 mile race hopefully before I leave for the "Stan" next year. This is a HUGE goal of mine and don't know where it will lead me but I want it. What are your goals? Are you pushing your self to your so called limits? Or are you doing what 99.9% of Americans are doing and sitting on the coach not lifting, running, or training there bodies at all? Notice people die every day because they either stop working and have nothing to look forward to in the days after they retire from there jobs or they slowly die sitting on the couch getting fat and unhealthy. Get up and do something fun act like a kid again, it will bring happiness to your life again.

I had the privilege to be able to review a TON of nutritional supplements from a company by the name of Protica. I first heard of this company when Bill Kazmaier said he was working with them to produce the smallest size supplement for meal replacement shakes and protein. This was in an effort to help out people with health issues concerning digestive tract problems, overweight, needing to gain weight etc. I did some additional research and decided to go ahead and test the products out. I stopped taking my supplements I currently take so I could ensure I was feeling the effects of what I was about to embark on and give you a great no B**L S**T review of what is out there. This stuff is awesome!
This stuff is AWESOME! Get your discount here! There is a 15% discount on all Protica products, your promo code is (PR15). Join Protica on Facebook and get 30% off your order! You can also follow them on Twitter.
