Good morning to you all. I have been doing what I dubbed the "Death March" It is a total body destroyer that will give you a great workout for your entire body from core to cardio and even some grip strength involved! I will post a video and more info of this great exercise in a couple days I just wanted to let you all know i haven't forgot about posting stuff here just been super busy with my family and work.
