Dynamic lower warm up
3x10 sets 45 sec rest between sets
Good Mornings 5x5
lunges 5x5 ......legs screaming
standing calf raises 15x4sets
dead lifts 8x4
Stretch a ton felt good didn't do to much cause it burned so bad after the squats and lunges don't want to over do it to soon, no abs yet I am trying to wait a little longer on those....just in case.
