Lat pulldowns 4x8

neck work all directions 2x10
overhead press 4x12
side lat. raises 3x12
Leg lifts 3x10
hammer curls 4x8
Went to a different rep/set scheme need to get back some endurance/strength basis after this program I will go back to a all strength for now.
