I have both of these items. They are no joke you have to start light weight with them even 10lbs of resistance at first will smoke your wrists, forearms and biceps like you wouldn't believe! The wrist developer is something else. it just wants to rip out of your hand. I use them at least once a week in my training. If you are a fighter, baseball player, boxer, you name it you need stronger wrists. As you can see I can't say enough good things about these two pieces of equipment...why??
